Paphos airport is about 1 hour away (55km) by car or taxi. Public transport is also possible: take bus 623 from Paphos Airport to Karavella Bus Station in Paphos, then the 645 bus to Polis Chrysochous. From Polis Chrysochous centre, bus 643B stops close to the villa. Buses in Cyprus are very cheap.
It’s handy to have a car (or rent a scooter) in Cyprus, but not strictly necessary. There are also two bicycles at the villa you’re welcome to use during your stay.
The centre of Polis Chrysochous is 2km away and has many shops, coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The biggest supermarket is Sklavenitis in the centre — 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bicycle. There are also several bakeries in the centre of Polis.
Aside from the many bars in the centre of Polis (open year-round), there’s a beautiful Irish bar — Fly Again Irish Pub & Grill — about 2km away. It’s a popular meeting spot for expats year-round, with weekly live music.
The best gym in the area is Mindz.fitness, on the same road about 2.5km away, with 24-hour access. There’s also a small gym room in the villa itself.

Yes — each room comes with its own office desk and chair. The villa is large and also offers many corners to sit and work, inside, outside, or even on the roof terrace.
